The Waikomo Stream Villas are the heart of the new Poipu. On a large piece of land, with true Hawaiian Style buildings, roof lines and verdant jungle like foliage. There is a pool of course, a tennis court and easy parking.

Just a short walk to the Sheraton side of Poipu Beach. To the west is the fast growing Kukuiula ( Ku-ku-e-uh-lah) Resort complete with golf courses, village center and first class shopping.

We're also on the road from old Koloa town and its great shops and restaurants. Far to the West is the Spouting Horn and the National Botanical Tropical Gardens. We really are at the center everything good on Kauai and the Poipu Beach area.

And in Waikomo all the condos are very nice. But there is really only one Mele Condo. Newly refurbished with a kind of design style that mimics everything wonderful about Hawaiian culture but includes all the great furnishings everyone would love to have in their home.

Fabulous peek-a-view from our third floor tree-house like setting. Open air walls, subtle accent lighting, hard wood furniture, large flat panel TV and a stereo. A big modern kitchen and patio dining. What's not to like. Please come stay with us.
